This register covers providers used to operate the AI Act Ready website, controlled delivery environment and business administration. A provider is only engaged for the relevant service and data flow. Product demonstrations and assessment fixtures currently use synthetic data.
Current providers
Hostinger UK Limited
- Purpose
- Website and application hosting, network services, operational storage, DNS and business email.
- Location
- Production VPS in Manchester, United Kingdom. Hostinger and its authorised providers may support the service from other locations described in its DPA.
- Safeguards
- Contractual data-processing terms, subprocessor controls and UK international-transfer provisions.
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL
- Purpose
- Encrypted recovery storage through Amazon S3 and encryption-key management through AWS KMS.
- Location
- Europe (London), United Kingdom —
eu-west-2. - Safeguards
- AWS data-processing terms, the UK GDPR Addendum and contractual transfer safeguards where required.
HubSpot UK Holdings Ltd
- Purpose
- CRM, forms, business enquiries, consented website analytics and related communications.
- Location
- Primary account data hosting in the European Union (Germany), with authorised global support and subprocessors described in HubSpot's DPA.
- AI status
- Off Generative AI, CRM-data access, conversation-data access, files access, Breeze Assistant and AI model training are disabled.
- Safeguards
- HubSpot's DPA, subprocessor commitments, EU standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions.
Calendly LLC
- Purpose
- Optional appointment scheduling. The website links to Calendly; it does not embed the Calendly widget.
- Location
- United States and other locations used by Calendly and its authorised subprocessors.
- Safeguards
- Calendly's DPA, EU standard contractual clauses and UK Addendum.
Google Cloud EMEA Limited
- Purpose
- Google Calendar and Google Meet integration used with business scheduling.
- Location
- Ireland and other locations used for Google Workspace operations and authorised support.
- Safeguards
- Google Workspace Cloud Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses and UK data-transfer coverage.
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe Payments UK Ltd
- Purpose
- Subscription administration and payment capability.
- Current status
- Not live The account has no evidenced live charges or live payment-method processing.
- Location
- European Union, United Kingdom, United States and other locations used by Stripe's authorised service providers.
- Safeguards
- Stripe's DPA, service-provider register, EU standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions.
spectra tech, UAB (nexos.ai)
- Purpose
- Historical AI-routing capability purchased through Hostinger for an OpenClaw container.
- Current status
- Disabled OpenClaw is stopped. No recent Nexos activity or delivery-application model-provider integration was evidenced.
- Location
- Core Nexos platform providers are primarily in the EEA. Optional model providers may process in the EEA, United States or globally if the capability is deliberately re-enabled and a model is selected.
- Safeguards
- Nexos contractual and subprocessor terms. Any future reactivation requires a fresh privacy and vendor review before real personal or customer data is used.
