Information we collect

Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Routine enquiries and prospect records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Contract, final-deliverable and essential audit records may be retained for up to six years after an engagement ends, and accounting records for the applicable statutory period. Security logs and consent records are retained for proportionate periods needed to operate and demonstrate compliance.
